1) How to buy a product from Kinderland?
a) If products available on Website:
- Add your products to cart and submit your order to notify us.
- We will send you the pricing details (shipping charges as applicable) with payment link via Whatsapp
- You can make the payment via Payment link provided in the invoice details or Google pay or NEFT.
- Your order will be confirmed, once you make the payment.
b) If products NOT added on Website:
- Any new items which are not visible on website can be purchased on Instagram after confirming the product availability through Direct message / SMS.
2) Do you have Cash on Delivery Option?
NO.
3) When will I get my product?
- We try our best to dispatch your orders on the next day through India post registered parcel or ST couriers.
- Once order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or Instagram Direct message.
- Generally, Products will be delivered between 1 to 10 days within India depending on the location.
4) How much is your shipping charges?
- We charge 60rps per 1 kg parcel for sending via India post registered parcel or ST couriers.
- Shipping charges are subjected to vary based on the parcel weight and courier partners.
- Urgent delivery can be provided at extra cost.
5) How to make a payment?
