1) If Payment NOT COMPLETED within 2 days, it will be considered as CANCELLED
2) Orders can be CANCELLED based on user request (only before dispatch)
3) Orders CANNOT be CANCELLED after product dispatch
1) DONOT accept the parcel, if you feel the parcel is torn / broken / opened / contents are abstracted. In such cases, take an image / video and refuse the parcel to the delivering person. Parcels mentioned with the above conditions if accepted, cannot be claimed for any returns or refunds.
2) Complete 360 degree parcel opening video is mandatory for addressing any issues post shipment. Issue should be clearly visible in the video. Tampered or edited video will not be accepted. Issue should be notified to us by Instagram DM / Whatsapp / Email within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3) Replacement is provided only if product is received damaged in transit.
4) Replacement if any, will be done only for unused products with the perfect box opening video. Shipping Charges for returning the parcel to Kinderland Shop shall be borne by the buyer. Shipping charges for sending the replacement product will be borne by us. Extra charges depending on the parcel size, in case of any additional purchase during replacement.
